NCT ID NCT04486352

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study is for people with endometrial cancer that has come back or persists after prior treatment. It tests combinations of targeted drugs and an immunotherapy drug called atezolizumab. The goal is to see if these treatments can shrink tumors or stop the cancer from growing for at least 6 months. About 148 participants will join, and their tumor genetics will guide which drug combination they receive.
