Summary
This study tests whether adding a targeted drug (like dasatinib or sorafenib) to standard chemotherapy helps people with newly diagnosed acute T-lymphocytic leukemia live longer. About 154 adults will be randomly assigned to get either chemo alone or chemo plus the targeted drug. The main goal is to see if the combination improves overall survival.
