Simple tape and massage tested to ease pain after C-Section
NCT ID NCT06811285
Summary
This study tested two non-drug methods to help women feel better after a cesarean birth. Researchers compared kinesiology taping (a special elastic tape) and foot massage to see if they could reduce pain, tiredness, and improve mood. The study involved 97 women who were randomly assigned to receive either taping, massage, or no extra treatment, and their symptoms were measured over two days.
