Breathing tape tested to supercharge Athletes' workouts
NCT ID NCT07390721
Summary
This study is testing if a special elastic tape applied to the breathing muscles helps people get more benefit from high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Thirty trained adults will do an 8-week cycling workout program, with half also getting the tape before each session. Researchers will measure changes in fitness, power, and balance to see if the tape provides an extra boost.
