Summary

This study compared two types of nerve blocks (TAP and TFP) to see which provides better pain relief after a hysterectomy. 77 women having the surgery received one of the blocks, and researchers measured their pain scores and how much opioid painkiller they needed. The goal was to find a more effective way to manage pain and reduce opioid use after this common surgery.
