Summary

This study looks at two types of ultrasound-guided nerve blocks (TAP and QLB) to manage pain after open inguinal hernia repair. 70 adults aged 18-65 will receive one of the blocks before surgery, and their pain levels and need for extra painkillers will be tracked for 24 hours.
