NCT ID NCT07145619

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding a TAP block (a numbing injection in the belly wall) to standard spinal morphine helps women feel better and recover faster after a planned C-section. About 150 women will take part, and researchers will measure pain, opioid use, and recovery quality using a questionnaire. The goal is to see if this simple extra step improves comfort and speeds up getting back to normal activities.
