Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs (talquetamab and teclistamab) that help the immune system attack myeloma cells. It involves 228 adults with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma, including those with tumors outside the bone marrow. The goal is to find the best dose, check safety, and see how well the drugs shrink the cancer.
