Summary

This study is testing an experimental drug called TAK-755 in adults who have just had an ischemic stroke, which is caused by a blood clot blocking blood flow to the brain. The main goals are to see if the drug is safe and if it helps people recover their ability to perform daily activities better than a placebo. All participants will receive the drug or a placebo just once, along with standard hospital stroke care, and will be followed for about 90 days to monitor their health and recovery.
