Summary

This study tested whether an experimental drug called TAK-101 could help adults with celiac disease who follow a gluten-free diet. Researchers wanted to see if TAK-101 could reduce symptoms and immune system reactions when participants were exposed to gluten. About 102 people received different doses of TAK-101 or a placebo through IV infusions to compare the effects.
