Summary

This study is testing whether low-dose CT scans can find lung cancer early in over 6,600 people in Taiwan who are at high risk. Participants include heavy smokers who quit, people with a family history of lung cancer, and those exposed to pollution or cooking fumes. The goal is to see how many cancers are detected and how willing people are to get screened.
