Summary
This study is testing a tailored version of a weight-loss surgery called SADI-S, where surgeons adjust the length of bypassed intestine to each patient's anatomy. The goal is to achieve strong, lasting weight loss while lowering the risk of vitamin and nutrient deficiencies. The study will include 40 adults with obesity, and participants will be followed for at least a year to monitor weight, health improvements, and side effects.
