NCT ID NCT06099912
Summary
This study is testing a personalized treatment approach for adults aged 65+ with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma, a blood cancer. The goal is to adjust medication strength based on each person's changing health and frailty level over time, aiming to better balance effectiveness with side effects. Researchers will track how well the cancer responds, side effects, and survival to see if this flexible approach improves outcomes.
