Ancient moves for modern stress: can tai chi or yoga unlock better sleep and calm?
NCT ID NCT07480174
Summary
This study is testing whether two gentle exercise programs, Tai Chi and yoga, can help improve flexibility, reduce anxiety, and lead to better sleep in healthy women. Forty women aged 18-45 will be randomly assigned to do either Tai Chi or yoga for 45 minutes, twice a week, for eight weeks. Researchers will measure changes in flexibility, anxiety levels, and sleep quality before and after the program to see which activity might be more helpful.
