Summary
This study looked at whether Tai Chi or Frenkel coordination exercises can improve balance, coordination, and reduce fear of movement in healthy adults aged 65-74. Thirty participants did one of the two exercises twice a week for four weeks. The goal was to see short-term benefits for everyday stability and confidence.
