Summary

This study tested an online Tai Chi program to help cancer survivors stop smoking. Sixty-eight cancer survivors who smoked took part in the 8-week program, which involved slow movements, meditation, and breathing exercises. The goal was to see if Tai Chi could help them quit or reduce smoking, measured by breath carbon monoxide levels and surveys.
