Summary
This study tests whether tai chi can improve sleep quality in adults aged 40 to 69 with mild to moderate chronic insomnia. Sixty participants will be randomly assigned to either a tai chi group or a walking group for six weeks. The goal is to see if tai chi helps people fall asleep faster, wake less often, and feel more rested.
