Summary
This study is testing if taking Tai Chi classes online can help reduce feelings of depression in older adults living with HIV. Researchers will compare a 12-week online Tai Chi program to online health education classes to see which is better at improving mood. They are recruiting 326 people aged 50-75 across the U.S. who have HIV and mild to moderate depression.
