Special tai chi program aims to stop dangerous falls in seniors
NCT ID NCT05725668
Summary
This study is testing whether a special form of Tai Chi exercise, designed to challenge both the mind and body at the same time, can help prevent falls in older adults who have mild memory problems. Researchers will compare this special Tai Chi to standard Tai Chi and a simple stretching program. The goal is to see which approach is most effective at reducing the number of falls over time.
