Summary

This study tests a combination of tagraxofusp and two chemotherapy drugs (cladribine and cytarabine) for people with a type of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or not responded to treatment. The trial includes 20 adults whose cancer cells have a specific marker called CD123. The main goal is to find the safest dose and see how many patients achieve remission.
