New drug combo targets stubborn lymphoma after CAR-T failure

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, tafasitamab and lenalidomide, in people with large B-cell lymphoma that did not fully go away after CAR-T cell therapy. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink or eliminate the remaining cancer. About 28 adults will take part for roughly 12 months.
