New pill combo aims to shrink Hard-to-Treat breast tumors

Summary
This study tests two oral drugs, vepdegestrant and samuraciclib, taken daily at home by adults with advanced or metastatic ER+ breast cancer that no longer responds to standard treatments. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can shrink tumors. Participants continue until the cancer progresses or side effects become too severe.
