Summary
This pilot study tests whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called tACS can improve working memory in 30 adults with mild cognitive impairment or traumatic brain injury. Participants will receive tACS sessions and undergo memory tests and brain scans to see if the stimulation helps stabilize or improve memory. The goal is to explore a potential new way to ease memory symptoms without medication.
