Summary
This study looked at two different exercise programs—Tabata and Burn 2 Learn—in 50 school athletes aged 17-19. The goal was to see how each program affected body weight, physical performance, and mental well-being over 6 weeks. Participants were split into two groups and did their assigned workouts three times a week.
