Summary

This early-phase study tests a new therapy using a patient's own immune cells (T cells) that are trained to recognize and attack proteins found on myeloma cells. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it can control the disease. It includes people with active multiple myeloma or high-risk pre-cancer conditions like MGUS and smoldering myeloma.
