Cancer-fighting virus plus immune boosters tested in advanced tumors

Summary
This study tests a new treatment for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other therapies. It combines a modified herpesvirus (T3011) with drugs that help the immune system attack cancer (PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors). The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can shrink tumors. About 68 adults will take part.
