Summary
This study tested whether a new eye drop, T2769, works as well as a standard one, Hylo-Forte, for people with moderate to severe dry eye. 74 adults who still had dry eye symptoms despite using artificial tears took part. The main goal was to compare changes in eye surface damage after 36 days of treatment.
