Summary

This study tested whether BRM421 eye drops can safely ease the signs and symptoms of dry eye. 157 adults with dry eye for at least 6 months received either the active drops or a placebo. The trial measured changes in corneal staining and discomfort scores. Results suggest the drops may help reduce eye surface damage and discomfort.
