Summary

This study tests a drug called trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) combined with other cancer medicines in people with HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread. The goal is to find safe doses and see how well the combinations shrink tumors. About 245 adults with advanced or metastatic breast cancer will take part.
