Early trial halted for advanced skin cancer combo
NCT ID NCT04541017
Summary
This early-phase study tested a combination of two antibody drugs, magrolimab and mogamulizumab, for patients with advanced T-cell skin lymphomas that had returned or stopped responding to prior treatments. The main goals were to find a safe dose and see if adding magrolimab helped control the cancer longer than using mogamulizumab alone. The trial was terminated early after enrolling only 8 participants.
