Summary

This study tests whether a single dose of the experimental drug SYT-510 can reduce anxiety-related brain activity and behavior in 24 adults with generalized anxiety disorder. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, then switch after a washout period. The goal is to see if SYT-510 affects brain scans and defensive responses, helping design future trials.
