Summary
This study aims to understand if a substance in the blood called catestatin is linked to heart and blood vessel problems in people with systemic sclerosis (scleroderma). Researchers will measure catestatin levels in 70 patients and compare them to healthy people, looking for connections to disease severity. The goal is to see if this marker could help doctors better monitor and manage the disease in the future.
