First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This Phase 2 trial is testing whether a combination of two drugs, SYS6010 and Enlonstobart, can shrink tumors or slow the growth of head and neck cancer that has come back or spread. About 70 adults aged 18-75 who have not had prior systemic treatment for their advanced cancer will receive the drugs every two weeks. The study will measure how many patients respond and track any side effects.
