Summary

This study explores whether a computer algorithm called ENLIGHT can recommend approved drugs that might work better for people with advanced breast cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. About 175 adults with triple-negative or hormone-resistant breast cancer will join. The algorithm analyzes tumor samples to suggest a drug, and participants may receive the recommended treatment at the NIH or continue standard care with their local doctor.
