Summary

This study tested a device called SynPhNe, which combines physical and brain training, to help stroke survivors improve hand movement. Fifty-one people who had a stroke within the past 4 months used the device alongside their usual therapy. The goal was to see if the device could make hand rehabilitation more effective and easier to do with less supervision.
