Summary
This study is following 50 people who have or will receive the Synergy Disc, an artificial disc for the neck, to see if it safely reduces pain and improves function. Researchers will measure neck disability, arm and neck pain, and any device-related problems over 12 months. The goal is to confirm the disc works well in everyday medical practice.
