Vaginal flora fix: could synbiotics stop preterm birth?

Summary
This study tests whether taking synbiotics (a mix of probiotics and prebiotics) early in pregnancy can help women who have had a preterm birth before. The goal is to see if these supplements can stabilize the vaginal microbiome and reduce the chance of delivering too early. About 402 pregnant women with a history of preterm birth will take either synbiotics or a placebo from the first trimester onward.
