Summary

This study tests whether a daily synbiotic supplement (a mix of probiotics and prebiotics) can improve gut health in adults with an imbalance of gut bacteria. Over 12 weeks, 40 participants will take either the supplement or a placebo. The goal is to see if the supplement helps restore a healthier balance of gut microbes and eases digestive symptoms.
