Summary

This early-stage study tests a new injection called SXRN in 54 cancer patients who have lost their appetite and weight due to their illness. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and to find the best dose. Researchers will also check if it helps improve appetite and weight when used alone or with standard cancer treatments.
