NCT ID NCT07463417
Summary
This study tested a 12-week diet and lifestyle program called the SWW Method to see if it could help women improve their blood sugar levels and manage their weight. The program included guidance on fasting, meal timing, and protein-focused eating. Researchers compared 45 women who followed the program to 40 women who did not, looking for changes in health markers over 12 weeks.
