Summary

This study looked at whether changing antipsychotic medication can reduce symptoms of schizophrenia in people who are already on medication but still have symptoms. 219 adults with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder took part. Researchers measured how many people stopped their new medication within 6 months and how many were hospitalized for psychiatric reasons.
