Summary
This study looks at whether Swedish massage or yoga can help lower blood sugar levels in children aged 6 to 12 with type 1 diabetes. Both techniques are relaxing and may reduce stress, which can help control blood sugar. The study involves 50 children from Cairo who do not have other serious health problems.
