Summary

This study follows 800 healthy adults aged 50 to 80 over four years to find early biological markers of Alzheimer's disease. Researchers will use blood tests, spinal fluid samples, and brain scans to track changes. The goal is to develop a screening tool for the general population, not to test a treatment.
