Can a simple survey help tame type 1 diabetes?

Summary
This study is testing a new digital survey platform called Spotlight AQ to see if it helps teens and young adults with Type 1 Diabetes better manage their condition. Researchers will compare the survey tool to standard clinic visits to see if it improves blood sugar control and if patients and doctors find it useful. About 60 participants aged 16-25 will use the survey before their regular diabetes appointments and provide feedback.
