Summary
This study tests whether using a real-time tissue analysis during surgery can help doctors decide which lymph nodes to remove in women with endometrial cancer. The goal is to avoid unnecessary removal of lymph nodes, which can cause side effects, while still effectively treating the cancer. About 400 women are taking part to see if this tailored approach leads to better outcomes.
