Summary

This study aims to find the best way to keep patients warm during gallbladder removal surgery to reduce harmful inflammation and improve recovery. Researchers will compare four different warming methods in 128 adult patients to see which one best maintains body temperature and lowers specific markers of inflammation in the blood after surgery. The goal is to provide doctors with clear guidance on the most effective warming strategy to help patients recover faster.
