Summary
This study aims to find the better treatment for people with early-stage lung cancer who are at high risk for surgery. It will compare a minimally invasive surgical procedure to a targeted form of radiation therapy. The main goal is to see which treatment helps patients live longer without their cancer returning. The study will also measure quality of life, side effects, and overall survival.
