Swedish trial seeks best path to pregnancy for women with severe endometriosis

Summary
This study aims to find the best first step for women with advanced endometriosis who want to get pregnant. It will compare two common approaches: having surgery to remove endometriosis tissue before starting IVF fertility treatment, or starting IVF treatment right away. The main goal is to see which path leads to more live births within three years.
