Summary
This completed study looked at whether giving chemotherapy before surgery (neoadjuvant chemo) helps people with resectable pancreatic cancer live longer compared to having surgery right away. Thirty patients took part. The main goal was to see which approach leads to better overall survival and cleaner surgical margins.
