Targeted attack on returning prostate cancer shows promise
NCT ID NCT03796767
Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of surgery and radiation can control prostate cancer that has returned or spread to a few other places in the body. It involves 20 men whose cancer has come back after initial treatment. The goal is to see if this targeted approach can lower PSA levels and delay the need for stronger hormone-blocking drugs.
